Warrant and Replacement Policy

No Fault Remake Policy
DDL is pleased to process all remakes or adjustments, of the below identified devices that are manufactured by DDL, at no additional charge if requested within the warranty period and accompanied by the return of the original device, as described in further detail below.

Warranty/Replacement Policy/Limitation of Liability
DDL(“the lab”) warrants that all dental devices (a “device”) are made according to your specification and approval in the belief that the device will be usefuland free from defect for only the warranty periods stated below and MAKES NO OTHER WARRANTIES INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, ANY IMPLIED WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE EXCEPT AS OTHERWISE EXPLAINED IN THE  REPLACEMENT POLICIES DESCRIBED BELOW.   Refunds, free replacements, and no-cost repairs are always at the discretion of DDL and  its CEO/Owner including exceptions referred to within this section and subject to the return of a device that is placed and then fails, the lab will repair or replace the device without charge for the cost of materials and workmanship or refund the original price paid, at the lab’s option, as follows:

The Warranty period for all Crown and Bridge restorations fabricated by the lab is 1 year from the date of completion,  pertains to faulty workmanship*,  and does not include (nor is  esclusive to) accidental damage, loss or theft, or negligence. 

The Warranty period for dentures and partials is 2 years from the date of completion,  pertains to faulty workmanship*,  and does not include (nor is  esclusive to) accidental damage, loss or theft, or negligence.

 BruxZir Zirconia restorations, including restorations over implants, manufactured by the lab are warrantied for the life of the patient originally receiving the restoration from the date of placement. This limited lifetime performance warranty shall apply to direct end-user customers (treating clinicians) only.

Reminder: Original prosthesis must be returned for ANY refund, free replacement or no-cost repair.

     *the words "faulty workmanship" in these terms refers to "materials" for reference, and their interpretation are subject only to the perspective of the lab and its CEO/owner.
